Bazaar Bazaar!

Let me keep this short and sweet. I'm always excited when I go to bazaars. Because the mere fact that the things they sell are cheap, I always want to browse through every stall and buy at least one item. I was able to go to Eastwood last Friday with a few of my friends and we were fortunate enough to quickly search through the bazaar for some lovely stuff.

Free iPads for Ateneans

I always wanted an iPad ever since I actually got to use one last year and with the news about the release of iPad 2 coming out later this month, it has made me search for more news about this new tablet. Looking through the different news about Apple's latest technology, I was able to read news about iPads given to students in the universities in the US which made me think why can't Ateneo do the same thing for their students?

Fiesta in Sta. Maria

A fiesta is a Filipino celebration where people from all around town open up their houses and join in a feast. Usually, town fiestas have feast days in honor of a patron saint. This tradition came from the early Spanish when they colonized the country and up til now, this is a celebration that will always catch our attention.

This morning, my mom invited me to go to Bulacan to join her for a fiesta celebration of her student's family. They live all the way in Sta. Maria, Bulacan and I was glad I joined because it has been a while since I last left Manila. Since I don't have anything else to do, I gladly went with her to Bulacan.

If You Think You Are Unhappy

Now that my school work is finished, I have more time to blog. I was browsing through my tumblr (http://ryesaidso.tumblr.com) when I came across this post. It really made me feel that all the pain that I'm feeling is nothing compared to how they are living. To all the people out there, if you think you are unhappy, then what do you think they are feeling.

The next set of pictures are from the post that I read that I found the need to share to everyone. The moral of the story is to be thankful for what you have. You may be complaining now but there are others out there who are dying to be where you are right now and feel so much better about it.
