Rye's Five-Day Slimming Program

The MISA EB Photoshoot is coming up soon and I am pressured to keep myself fit for the next few days. I've been gaining a lot of weight this summer most likely because of OJT and the numerous seminars that I had to attend. I wont discover what my actual weight is but hopefully I'll post how much I've lost for the entire week. I am no expert in weight loss so I'm not sure if this will work or not haha! Oh well, at least I tried! Anyway, here are my do's and don'ts from tomorrow until Friday.

The Makati Life

I remember, back in High School, when I used to ride with my tito after class to fetch my tita in Makati, I would always tell myself that I'll work in one of these buildings someday. Ever since, I always wanted to feel the Makati life because it is so fast paced and you'd see everyone wearing long sleeves or polo barongs to work. The best thing about it is that there's practically a cafe in almost every block.Yes, I thought this was the life... well, until I actually had a chance to experience the Makati life.

Family Lovin'

Hey everyone. I know I haven't blogged in a while but I'm planning something new for my blog. Well this entry is a lot different from my old ones because I wont be talking about lifestyle or how to make yourself happy. Today, its going to be all about FAMILY. This is a little more personal that usual so I hope you guys get something out of it.

Paper Airplanes: COA Induction Ceremony

For just one night, a gathering of the present and the future was made. For one night only, a gathering of the outgoing and incoming presidents/officers of the different student bodies joined together to say their farewells and welcome another batch of leaders for the upcoming school year. As the incoming president of MISA, I was invited to the COA Closing and Induction Ceremonies held last Friday (March 4).

The Presidential Blog Launch

Hey MISAns! I haven't been blogging in a while but I have a treat just for you. They say that the best way to let your constituents realize how busy, fun, hard, rewarding the life of being the President is, you need to keep them updated on the latest events, meetings, and just plain get togethers with your colleagues. With this, I officially launch The Presidential Blog.

Want to know what it is like to be the president? This is a way for me to have transparency with the members. I want them to feel like they know what I am doing and how busy it is to be President. I'm not scaring anyone who has plans on being one; I just want these people to see that I'm doing something for the organization.

From time to time, I'll be posting meetings, events, talks, seminars that will let you guys get a glimpse on the life of a president. I want the next President to be aware on the things he/she'll need when he/she gets elected. Who knows, maybe aspiring presidentiables will be more persuaded to run for next year.

Don't worry, I'll still be posting some things for my lifestyle blog. ;) I'll be posting more often really soon.
